Nicole Irwin -- Owner/Groomer

Nicole graduated from the New York School of Dog Grooming in Manhattan, June 1996. She has worked for several local Veterinarians over the years acquiring skills and knowledge that are invaluable in the pet care industry. She has completed a comprehensive course in animal care resulting in accreditation with Pet Sitters International as well as completing the American Safety & Health Institute’s Pet First Aid program at Sullivan County Community College. Most recently, Nicole became a certified PetTech instructor and will soon be offering classes in Pet CPR and First Aid. Nicole is highly recommended by local Veterinarians and her clients. Nicole is married and has two dogs, five cats and three rabbits.  

Michael Ryan -- Chief Canine Aquatic Engineer

Michael has been employed here for almost seven years and is our Chief Canine Aquatic Engineer. He also assists in grooming, pet sitting and boarding. Michael loves animals and has worked in the pet industry for many years including time as the Town of Mamakating’s Dog Control Officer. When he’s not working, Michael spends his time at home with his wife and their six dogs and eight cats.

Heather Buckley -- Groomer

Heather is our newest addition. She is a certified groomer through the Animal Behavior College, and has been grooming for about two years. She has a background in Veterinary Technology, as well as an extensive history of working with animals. Heather shares her home with her husband and four furkids, a dog, three cats and a bearded dragon.
